Home remedies for Premature Grey hair....!!

Premature graying of hair is often a great concern for younger adults in their 20s or 30s as gray hair make them look much older than they are.

The problem can be caused by factors like a genetic predisposition, poor nutrition, hormonal fluctuations, smoking, pollution, stress, use of unsuitable hair products, and certain diseasessuch as chronic colds, sinusitis, andthyroid disorders.

1 Indian Gooseberry

Indian gooseberry, or amla, is excellent for a variety of hair problems including premature graying, dull hair, and hair loss. Being rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, it has anti-aging benefits.
In addition to consuming this fruit, you can also apply amla oil or amla pulp on your hair.

*.Put some coconut oil in a pan. Boil a few dried Indian gooseberry pieces (if you do not have dried amla then use amla powder) in the oil until theybecome charred. Let the oilcool. Apply the oil on your hair and scalp. Leave it on overnight, or at least for anhour, before rinsing it out. Do this at least once or twice a week.
*.Alternatively, you can mix together one tablespoon each of Indian gooseberry pulp and lemon juice. Massage your scalp with it at night before going to bed and wash it out the next morning.
*.You can also apply a combination of equal amounts of amla juice and almond oil. You can add a little lime juice, too. Apart from reducing grey hair, this also facilitates healthy hair growth.

2 Curry leaves

Curry leaves help increase darker pigmentation in your hair. When combined with coconut oil, it worksas a great hair tonic.

1.Boil a handful of fresh curry leaves in a tablespoon of coconut oil until they become charred. Strain the oil.
2.Massage it into your hair. Leave it on for 30 to 45 minutes before rinsing it out.
3.Follow this treatment at least once or twice a week.In addition, you can consume curryjuice daily.

3. Henna

Henna works as a wonderful natural hair colorant. Besides making your hair darker, it will strengthen and condition your lustrous locks.

*.Grind a handful of henna leaves into a paste. Add three teaspoons of Indian gooseberry powder, one teaspoon of coffee powder,and a little plain yogurt. Spread it evenly on your hair. After it dries, rinse it out and then shampoo your hair as usual. Repeat the process once every twoto four weeks.
*.Another alternative is to boil some henna leaves in coconut oil or mustard oil until the leaves become charred, and use this oil onyour hair.

Apply it to your hair, leave it on for one to three hours, and then shampoo your hair.

4 Coconut Oil and Lemon Juice

Coconut oil works wonders for your hair. It moisturizes your hair, stimulates hair growth, fights infections, and adds luster to your hair.
When used for a prolonged time, it also helps reverse gray hair because it is packed with antioxidants.

1.Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice in some coconut oil, enough for the length of your hair.
2.Apply it to your hair and massage it into your scalp. Leave it on for at least an hour before shampooing your hair.
3.Repeat on a weekly basis.

5  Rosemary and Sage

Your teacher or lecturer can explain something to you, you can learn it from a text book, your friends can study with you, even your own notes can explain it to you but all these explanations are of little use if, by the end,you can’t explain what you have learned to yourself. If you don’t understand a studyconcept that you need to illustrate in an exam to get top exam results, then you won’t be happy with your end exam result. To combat this, get into the habit of explaining whatever it is you are studying, in your own words, so you understand your study notes. Varun Dhawan(born 24 April 1987) is an Indian actor who appears inBollywoodfilms. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose biography

Subhas Chandra Bose( listen ; 23 January 1897 – 18 August 1945[1]) was an Indian nationalist whose attempt duringWorld War IIto rid India ofBritish rulewith the help ofNazi GermanyandJapanleft a troubled legacy.[4][5][6]The honorificNetaji(Hindustani language: "Respected Leader"), first applied to Bose in Germany, by the Indian soldiers of theIndische Legionand by the German and Indian officials in theSpecial Bureau for Indiain Berlin, in early 1942, was by 1990 used widely throughout India.
Earlier, Bose had been a leader of the younger, radical, wing of theIndian National Congressin the late 1920s and 1930s, rising to become Congress President in 1938 and 1939.[8]However, he was ousted from Congress leadership positions in 1939 following differences withMohandas K. Gandhiand the Congress high command.[9]He was subsequently placed under house arrest by the British before escaping from India in 1940.
Bose arrived in Germany in April 1941, where the leadership offered unexpected, if sometimes ambivalent, sympathy for the cause of India's independence, contrasting starkly with its attitudes towards other colonised peoples and ethnic communities.[11][12]In November 1941, with German funds, a Free India Centre was set up inBerlin, and soon a Free India Radio, on which Bose broadcast nightly. A 3,000-strongFree India Legion, comprising Indians captured byErwin Rommel'sAfrika Korps, was also formed to aid in a possiblefuture German land invasion of India.[13]During this time Bose also became a father; his wife,[3]or companion,[2]Emilie Schenkl, whom he had met in 1934, gave birth toa baby girl.

मल्‍टीमीडिया डेस्‍क। भारतीय साइबर क्षेत्र पर एक बेहद खतरनाक कंप्यूटर वायरस ने हमला बोल दिया है। इसकी पहचान 'बायोआजीह' के तौर पर की गई है। देश में साइबर सुरक्षा के लिए जिम्मेदार एजेंसी कंप्यूटर इमरजेंसी रेस्पांस टीम ऑफ इंडिया (सीईआरटी-इन) ने इस बारे में इंटरनेट यूजर्स को आगाह किया है। उसका कहना है, "बायोआजीह वायरस बेहद खतरनाक है। यह ईमेल से यूजर्स का निजी डॉटा चुरा या उसमें गलत तरीके से बदलाव कर सकता है।"

पांच फर्जी नाम से है सक्रिय

सीईआरटी-इन के मुताबिक, "इस वायरस की पहचान बेहद मुश्किल है। क्योंकि यह पांच नामों से सक्रिय होकर अपनी पहचान छुपाने में सक्षम है। यह इंटरनेट पर ऐसे कमांड देने में सक्षम है, जिससे यूजर्स का डॉटा खुद-ब-खुद अपलोड और डाउनलोड हो जाएगा। इस प्रकार यह अलग फाइल भी बना लेगा।" एजेंसी के अनुसार कंप्यूटर सिस्टम पर इसका प्रभाव तेजी से बढ़ रहा है।

फिशिंग ईमेल से हमला

साइबर सुरक्षा एजेंसी ने इंटरनेट उपभोक्ताओं को आगाह किया है कि यह वायरस फिशिंग ईमेल (ऐसी ईमेल जिनकी अटैच फाइलें वायरस से संक्रमित हैं।) से हमला बोल रहा है। इस तरह की ईमेल की अटैच फाइलों को खोलते ही यूजर्स का सिस्टम वायरस के प्रभाव में आ जाता है जो उपभोक्ता के रिमोट एक्सेस ट्रोजन (आरएटी) यानी माइक्रोसॉफ्ट ऑफिस के सुरक्षा कवच को तहस-नहस कर देता है।

उन्नत तकनीक से लैस

सीईआरटी-इन का कहना है कि यह वायरस कई तरीके की तकनीक का इस्तेमाल करते हुए अपनी पहचान छुपाने में सक्षम है। उन्नत तकनीक से लैस होने के कारण इसके कमांड और कंट्रोल सर्वर के बारे में जानकारी हासिल करना मुश्किल है। इससे इसके सर्वर के स्थान का पता चल पाना कठिन है।

उपभोक्ता रहे सावधान

सीईआरटी-इन ने सलाह दी है कि बायोआजीह के तरह फर्जी नाम वाली संदिग्ध ईमेल को खोलने से पहले उपभोक्ता उसकी पहचान की तलाश सुनिश्चित कर लें। उन पर क्लिक करने से बचें। साथ ही अविश्वसनीय वेबसाइटों पर जाने से परहेज करें। इसी प्रकार बगैर उचित उपाय के अटैच फाइल वाली ईमेल को न खोलें।

Swami Vivekananda biography


Swami Vivekananda (Bengali: [ʃami bibekanɒnɖo], Shāmi Bibekānondo; 12 January 1863 – 4 July 1902), born Narendra Nath Datta (Bengali: [nɔrend̪ro nat̪ʰ d̪ɔt̪t̪o]), was an Indian Hindu monk and chief disciple of the 19th-century saint Ramakrishna. He was a key figure in the introduction of the Indian philosophies of Vedanta and Yoga to the Western world[2] and is credited with raising interfaith awareness, bringing Hinduism to the status of a major world religion during the late 19th century.[3] He was a major force in the revival of Hinduism in India, and contributed to the concept of nationalism in colonial India.[4] Vivekananda founded the Ramakrishna Math and the Ramakrishna Mission.[2] He is perhaps best known for his speech which began, "Sisters and brothers of America ...,"[5] in which he introduced Hinduism at the Parliament of the World's Religions in Chicago in 1893.

Born into an aristocratic Bengali family of Calcutta, Vivekananda was inclined towards spirituality. He was influenced by his guru, Ramakrishna, from whom he learnt that all living beings were an embodiment of the divine self; therefore, service to God could be rendered by service to mankind. After Ramakrishna's death, Vivekananda toured the Indian subcontinent extensively and acquired first-hand knowledge of the conditions prevailing in British India. He later travelled to the United States, representing India at the 1893 Parliament of the World Religions. Vivekananda conducted hundreds of public and private lectures and classes, disseminating tenets of Hindu philosophy in the United States, England and Europe. In India, Vivekananda is regarded as a patriotic saint and his birthday is celebrated there as National Youth Day.
